This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Ok, Let's get started. open image 50's street: duplicate close original image Layers: new raster layer fgcolor: #b29869 bgcolor: white angle 45 no repeats flood fill with gradient#2 foreground/background duplicate Layers: load/save mask: find mask 16maskskelWWA fit to layer source luminance Apply mask to top gradient fill delete mask layer merge group make your tube layer active effects artistic aged newspaper: default setting open image MarkSmith `Open24/7 (or whatever image you are using) shift d (duplicate) close original image image resize 200px width all layers checked image resize 95% all layers unchecked layer: new raster layer fill with gradient drag to bottom effects - photo effects - time machine - box camera default setting on tube layer apply the albumen effect merge all edit copy paste as new layer on your main image now back to your small image resize it 75% all layers checked copy and paste it as a new layer to your main image place it over the larger image on your larger image decrease opacity to 42% add a drop shadow to your smaller image merge down Repeat the above with a different image. Resize it to around 150 px and copy and paste it only once do not decrease the opacity open drive-in theater image, duplicate close original apply albumen effect to the the drive-in theater image erase the border around the image copy and paste to your main image place it where you want to or refer to my finished image Find the cj~groovy tube (the VW bug) resize it 50% copy and paste it to your main image decrease opacity to 75% luminance legacy layers merge all Layers: new layer flood fill with white decrease opacity to 20% apply the box camera effect merge visible Copy and paste the image of the woman(tube170_monique) as a new layer resize 75% all layers unchecked move to lower left corner Apply text: I used annbelle size 48 create as vector move text to lower left side stretch text to fit to just below the gradient line: convert to raster layer apply drop shadow 1 1 100 2 see screenshot merge visible copy word art and paste as new layer place word art (see my finished image). merge visible Layer: new layer make your foreground color : #b29869 background-color: white gradient same as earlier paintbrush: find lyndiebrush127, place near image of woman Add dropshadow, same settings as earlier add your name and/or watermark merge all resize save as jpeg.
